Hello! We are Chelsea and James Rentschler, the owners of Sierra shades and husband-and-wife team proud to call Grass Valley home. We are lifelong locals with experience in the window covering industry dating back to 2016, including several years owning and operating two successful window covering businesses in Arizona before returning home to Grass Valley to raise a family. We have now been servicing Grass Valley and surrounding communities, working hands-on with every client from start to finish.

We are directly involved in every project from design to installation and beyond; no sub-contractors or third-parties. Our approach is personal, detail-driven, and rooted in quality craftsmanship, trust, and genuine connection with our community.
